The Higher Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal has come up with an excellent initiative of observing Students’ Week in educational institutions as students are at the core of every educational institution. Following this, like every year we at Durgapur B.Ed. College observed Students’ Week through various programmes.

Environmental awareness is discussed and studied by many. However, to make an impact, we must be aware of the problems and solutions. Keeping this in mind, Durgapur B.Ed. College in association with West Bengal Forest Department, Fuljhore Forest Office had organized a Plant Sapling Distribution Programme at Bhagat Singh Bus Stand on 31st July 2024.

Durgapur B.Ed. College Celebrated Annual Sports Meet 2024 on 19th February 2024 at its own Campus. The Guest of Honour of the Event was Mr. Sandeep Das, Assistant Director (School Division), Techno India Group who inspired all by his motivational speech.The Sports Meet ended on a positive note, signifying the slogan, “Play Hard, Play Smart, Play Together”.

International Mother Language Day, first proclaimed by UNESCO.Keeping this theme in mind we at Durgapur B.Ed. College Celebrated this day with various programmes with both the participation from the teachers and students alike.
